                                          A Place For You

The Men's Ministry of Calvary is a vital and exciting ministry fully committed to Christ and the changing of men's lives with respect to our daily walk with Him.  Our work is simple: gathering men together for Jesus and influencing one another's personal growth and Biblical responsibilities as men.

This is accomplished through fellowship, recreation, Bible Study, and relational-discipleship.

The Calvary Men's Bible study offers men a great opportunity to spend quality time in God's Word and prayer.  Our Bible study meets every Monday night at 7:30 p.m. in room 107 in the LIFE CENTER.

Proverbs 27:17

As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.

The Men's ministry announces a new outreach effort. We will begin visiting the homes of new attenders and visitors to our sunday service in an effort to share about Calvary Church and ask about their spiritual needs. We will also offer free small job home repair and appointment transportation if you are a church member or regular attender. If you would like to be visited or have questions please call the church office at 818 348 3483.

The Men's Ministry met for breakfast and a time of encouragement on August 28, 2010 at 9am.  Our guest speaker talked about accountability and how we need a close relationship with another man to stay on track in our walk with Christ. There was a raffle at the close of the meeting with some cool man stuff!
